Százharminc millióból fejlesztették Oszkót

Egyszerre avatták a napokban a Vas megyei Oszkón a felújított templomot, orvosi rendelőt, Integrált Közösségi és Szolgáltató Teret, játszóteret és pihenőparkot. Összesen több mint 130 millió forintból fejlesztették a települést.

Uniós és hazai pályázati forrásokból több mint 130 millió forintnyi fejlesztésnek örülhetnek az oszkóiak. A projektek zárását július végén ünnepelték, amely a gyönyörűen felújított Szent György templomban kezdődött. Az áldás után Veres András megyéspüspök celebrálta a szentmisét. A főpásztor példaértékűnek nevezte a helyiek összefogását, akik másfél millió forintnyi adományt gyűjtöttek össze. Így a közel 27 milliós uniós vidéki örökség megőrzéséhez igénybe vehető támogatásból a tetőcsere, a villámhárító-rendszer rekonstrukciója és a templom előtti támfal megerősítése mellett a templom homlokzata is megújulhatott.

Az avatás a templommal szemközt lévő épületben folytatódott, amelyben – csaknem 49 millió forint uniós támogatás segítségével – egy könyvtárból, színházteremből, teleházból, korszerű kiszolgáló helyiségekből álló Integrált Közösségi és Szolgáltató Teret (IKSZT) alakítottak ki. A teljesen akadálymentesített épület mögötti területen 16 millió forintból játszótér és pihenőpark épült, padokkal, asztalokkal és szökőkúttal. Az öt település lakóit szolgáló, leromlott állapotú, műszakilag elavult körzetközponti orvosi rendelő is megújult kívül-belül: a felújítás és akadálymentesítés mellett parkolóhelyeket is kialakítottak. Hét korszerű diagnosztikai orvosi eszközt is vásárolhattak, amelyet 23 millió forintos pályázati támogatásból finanszíroztak.

V. Németh Zsolt vidékfejlesztésért felelős államtitkár ünnepi beszédében szólt az életet örökre meghatározó közösségi terekről: az óvodáról, iskoláról, templomról. A megyei közgyűlés képviseletében Kovács Ferenc elnök gratulált az falu közösségének a fejlesztésekhez.
